Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Riverview, FL is seeking a Store Supervisor to act as the on-site leader when the Site Manager is unavailable.

You will oversee ordering, stocking, training new hires, managing opening/closing checklists, and coaching the team on selling techniques. This role requires 3+ years of retail experience with supervisory duties, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail/management experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Order and stock vending supplies; supervise inventory.
• Train new hires and open/close checklists; demonstrate loading techniques.
• Train on sales techniques to the team.
• Respond to voicemails and emails promptly.
• Create effective schedules and oversee PM activities.
• Oversee car wash vacuum system operation and cleaning.
• Support Site Manager in monthly team meetings and training.
