Job summary

You will work weekends, collaborate with the Site Manager, handle basic POS transactions, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and benefit from a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions described below.
• Ability to work in the conditions described below.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service; explain wash options and report issues as needed.
• Perform CSR and Supervisor 1 Level duties as required.
• Weekend work availability is required.
• Demonstrate responsibility when Site Manager is off site.
• Enforce safety policies and operate in a safe manner.
• Understand functions of chemical room equipment and assist with maintenance.
• Assist with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
• Assist with cleaning and solenoid maintenance.
• Report to work on time and follow dress/appearance code.
