Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc (CSI) is seeking a customer-focused team member for our car wash site in California. You will handle memberships, process transactions at the kiosk, and ensure a clean, safe environment while assisting the site manager with daily tasks.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work weekends/holidays. Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate teammates and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license; weekend/holiday availability requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the car wash site.
• Operate kiosk transactions and process car wash memberships and pricing.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, train new team members, and assist the site manager as needed.
• Support daily site operations and supervise when manager is absent.
• Ensure safety guidelines and proper reporting are followed.
