Chevron Stations Inc (CSI) is hiring for a customer service associate at our California car wash and retail location. You will greet customers, process transactions, sell memberships, and maintain a clean, safe site. You’ll support the car wash team, follow safety guidelines, and help with daily paperwork and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to motivate others and be a cooperative teammate with confidence in work processes and goals.
• Proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication; listen attentively and convey information clearly.
• Ability to organize and keep car wash site clean and inviting.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, active, and engaged, with a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer service concerns.
• Take customer orders of Unlimited Memberships and sell Unlimited Memberships with accuracy and speed.
• Handle credit card transactions through kiosk.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment via daily checklist and safety guidelines.
• Support car wash site manager with supervision of daily activities and provide back-up on site when manager is absent.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers with questions on pricing, service, and car wash process.
• Guide customers into carwash conveyor.
• Sell car wash services and unlimited memberships.
• Maintain and stock chemicals and equipment.
• Process transactions with customers.
• Ensure safety on-site and follow guidelines.
