The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and comfortable handling cash and electronic payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing car wash services at the kiosk or pay station
• Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately
• Answer customer questions about wash packages, memberships, and promotions
• Ensure the pay station and entrance area remain clean and organized
• Monitor traffic flow and help guide customers when necessary
• Report any equipment issues or customer concerns to management
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience
