Job summary

ModWash in Pinellas Park, FL is hiring for Guest Experience Members to run daily location operations and drive membership sales, delivering a legendary car wash experience.

You will educate guests on unlimited wash packages, guide them through options, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction while collaborating with the team to hit sales goals. The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and outdoor work.

• Awesome customer service skills, previous sales experience a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
• Be on your feet for extended periods of time/the entire work shift.
• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties.
• Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds.
• Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.

Guest Experience Members are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location. You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.
