Bubble Down Car Wash is seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Service Associate for a part-time, on-site role at Wesley Chapel, FL. You will greet customers, guide them to wash options, and upsell memberships while supporting daily site operations outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule requires weekends, holidays, and evenings with training provided; benefits include potential commissions and a path for growth as the company expands to new locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Comfort engaging customers and making recommendations (training provided).
• Willingness to work outdoors in heat, sun, rain, and changing weather conditions.
• Ability to remain professional in physically demanding environments.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs during a shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Perform routine site tasks such as pressure washing, cleaning equipment, folding towels, and general upkeep.
• Assist with light maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
