Job summary

Gen3 Tommys Express Llc is seeking a Car Wash Customer Service & Operations Team Member to deliver friendly service and support daily car wash operations. You will promote memberships, assist guests, and help maintain equipment and property standards.

You will contribute to a positive guest experience, retain customer relationships, and uphold our customer-first culture while supporting a clean, efficient car wash environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick and friendly customer service to our guests within the car wash
• Create and retain new customer relations, including sales of monthly wash packages
• Learn and operate all aspects of POS and LPR systems to operate car wash equipment
• Help maintain wash equipment and perform routine care as needed
• Oversee all property aesthetics
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash and property
• Monitor wash quality of each vehicle
• Exceed guest expectations on experience
• Exemplify and uphold the WE OWN IT culture

Job Summary

The Car Wash Customer Service & Operations Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional, friendly service to guests while supporting the daily operations, cleanliness, appearance, and performance of the car wash. This position plays an important role in building customer relationships, promoting membership programs, maintaining equipment and property standards, and ensuring every guest receives a quality wash experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide quick and friendly customer service to our guests within the car wash

Physical Demands

• Able to move inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery, etc.
• Able to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Able to work and commute in all weather conditions
• Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers.
