Job summary

ModWash is seeking a Guest Experience Member in Seaford, DE. You will help run daily operations, ensure an outstanding guest experience, and promote our unlimited membership packages. This role supports the brand by delivering friendly service, guiding guests through the wash process, and maintaining a clean facility.

You will work with the team to meet ModWash standards, handle guest questions, and drive membership sales while accommodating flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Sense of urgency and a passion for serving guests.
Excellent guest service skills and ability to present ModWash packages.
Ability to explain membership benefits and upsell where appropriate.
Ability to safely guide guests through the wash tunnel.
Engage with guests pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Maintain clean and presentable facilities.
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations at a ModWash location to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Drive membership sales and promote unlimited memberships.
