Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guidance at Welcome Station.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes.

• Follow pricing and discount policies.
• Maintain wash area safety and cleanliness at Wash Station.
• Prepare vehicles, identify preexisting conditions, and operate wash equipment safely.
• Engage customers at Convenience Station and manage CX for members.
• Stock detail centers, manage inventory, and keep areas clean.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain tunnels for safety.
