Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude and assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely, prep vehicles, and maintain a clean wash area.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers, manage member accounts, and encourage Google reviews.
• General Duties: open/close duties, maintain safety and cleanliness of tunnels and facilities, and support daily operations.
