You'll lead by example, uphold brand standards, train team members, manage shifts, safety, and inventory, and drive sales and loyalty programs to grow the business while ensuring a clean, safe site and outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Operations experience with equipment oversight.
• Experience training staff on processes and quality standards.
• Experience supporting sales and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist the GM in site operations, production, labor, and profitability.
• Train and coach team on processes, safety, and procedures.
• Open and close the site with security and cash handling tasks.
• Perform maintenance and administrative duties daily/weekly/monthly.
• Keep site clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Respond to equipment or mechanical issues quickly.
• Manage inventory of chemicals and supplies; place orders.
• Drive sales, memberships, loyalty programs to grow business.
• Maintain staffing levels and coverage in busy areas.
• Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by GM.
