Job summary

Mr. Clean Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, promote customer focus, and uphold brand standards across the site.

This role leads by example to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient performance and provides ongoing finishing and detailing training to meet brand expectations. You will train staff, manage labor and safety, open/close the site, drive sales and memberships, ensure cleanliness, handle maintenance, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required across fast-paced environments.
• Operational experience including equipment oversight and maintenance.
• Experience training staff on processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist GM in managing site operations, production, labor, and profitability.
• Train and certify team on processes, safety, and procedures.
• Open and close the site including security and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, safe site and equipment; handle maintenance tasks.
• Drive sales, memberships, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and coverage.
• Uphold brand standards in cleanliness and appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
