Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Suggest and up-sell wash products and plans; assist customers with menu options and payment.
• Observe and maintain lane and tunnel flow; inspect vehicle condition before entry.
• Process point of sale transactions accurately; safeguard cash and conduct safe drops.
• Maintain and clean all areas of the car wash; maintain outside equipment and supplies.
• Perform preventive maintenance on car wash equipment; report malfunctions.
• Work safely and report unsafe conditions or maintenance issues to management.
