Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Crew Member to help deliver a joyful, safe car wash experience. This hands-on role covers operating wash equipment, prepping vehicles, and maintaining a clean site while providing friendly service.

You may assist at the kiosk, support membership promotions, and rotate tasks as needed. Candidates should be at least 16, comfortable outdoors, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing environments is preferred but not required.
• Ability to promote wash packages and memberships when needed.
• Understand basic vehicle surfaces and cleaning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate car wash equipment including front wash and vacuum.
• Greet customers with enthusiasm and support upsell when appropriate.
• Guide vehicles into the tunnel and ensure wash readiness.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and prep vehicles for cleansing.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the site.
• Rotate between tasks (vacuum, tunnel, kiosk) as needed.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and general site upkeep.
