The Classic Auto Group's Classic Clean Auto Wash in Mentor, Ohio, is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to greet customers, explain wash packages, and ensure a fast, friendly experience. You will work in a team-focused environment and help maintain a clean, safe facility.

What Youll Do

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Educate customers on wash packages, services, and benefits

• Ensure vacuums are operational, trash is emptied, and equipment is maintained
• Power wash interior walls and equipment as needed
• Address customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management
• Perform other duties as assigned
