Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Educate customers on wash packages, services, and benefits.
• Safely guide vehicles onto the conveyor system.
• Perform pre-wash visual inspections of vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure vacuums are operational, trash is emptied, and equipment is maintained.
• Power wash interior walls and equipment as needed.
• Address customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
