Job summary

The Classic Auto Group's Classic Clean Auto Wash in Mentor, Ohio, is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to greet customers, explain wash packages, and ensure a fast, friendly experience. You will work in a team-focused environment and help maintain a clean, safe facility.

Qualifications

Must have strong customer service mindset and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
Educate customers on wash packages, services, and benefits.
Safely guide vehicles onto the conveyor system.
Perform pre-wash visual inspections of vehicles.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
Ensure vacuums are operational and trash is emptied.
Report maintenance or safety issues to management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
