The position supports both full-time and part-time schedules and requires a safety-conscious, team-focused approach. Prior customer-facing work is a plus, and a background check may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older where required by law.
• Background check may be required by company policy and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Operate car wash equipment safely, including front wash, back wash, and vacuum.
• Greet and engage customers; support sales and upsell when needed.
• Guide vehicles through tunnel ensuring proper alignment and wash readiness.
• Perform vehicle prep and interior cleaning to enhance tunnel performance.
• Explain wash packages and current promotions to customers.
