Job summary

Spotless Brands is seeking a motivated Crew Member to support daily car wash operations at our site. You will operate wash equipment, prep vehicles, and maintain a clean, safe environment while delivering a joyful guest experience.

The role involves assisting with customer-facing sales, guiding vehicles, and performing routine inspections to prevent damage. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required to support busy periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Driver’s license preferred (may be required)
• Background check required by policy and law
• Experience in customer-facing roles a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate car wash equipment (front/back wash, vacuum)
• Greet customers and upsell memberships when needed
• Guide vehicles safely into tunnel and ensure wash readiness
• Inspect vehicles for damage prior to entry
• Prep vehicles: trash removal, vacuum interiors, wipe surfaces
• Clean and maintain vehicles interior/exterior as applicable
• Explain and promote wash packages and promotions
• Assist with opening/closing duties and site organization
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and customer areas
• Follow safety standards and company policies
