Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Crew Member to deliver a joyful, safe car wash experience. You will operate wash equipment, prep vehicles, and maintain a clean, safe site while assisting with sales when needed.

The role supports a fast-paced outdoor environment, with responsibilities across vacuuming, vehicle guidance, and customer interaction. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location)
• Background check may be required

Responsibilities

• Operate car wash equipment (front wash, back wash, vacuum)
• Greet customers and support upsell of memberships and products
• Guide vehicles safely through tunnel and ensure wash readiness
• Prep vehicles: remove trash, vacuum interiors, wipe surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the site and equipment
• Assist in opening/closing duties and basic maintenance checks
• Follow safety standards and company policies
• Perform other duties to support team and site performance
