Qualifications
- 1-3 years related work experience within chemistry, lab, chemicals, or car wash industry.
- Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with teammates at all levels.
- General mechanical understanding and interests.
Responsibilities
- Service existing chemical wash accounts, trouble-shoot cleaning issues, perform on-site titrations, perform usage analysis.
- Manages time effectively and able to efficiently follow routes and complete assigned tasks.
- Conduct cleaning efficiency & guest experience evaluations, provide written documentation follow up.
- Assist in chemical customer satisfaction through regular customer visits on route.
- Develop efficiencies in organizing daily work schedule.
- Ability to adjust priorities according to specific customer need and urgency.
- Assist Operations with delivery and route management.
- Execute emergency deliveries and chemical related service.
