Job summary

Ascentek is seeking a Chemical Specialist to provide on-site technical service for chemical performance in the vehicle wash industry. You will conduct chemical audits, perform volumetric analyses, optimize chemical usage, and support delivery, routing, trainings, and start-ups across regions.

The role requires 1–3 years in chemistry or related fields, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel overnight. Compensation starts at $20–$22 per hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years related work experience in chemistry, lab, or car wash industry.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Service existing chemical wash accounts, troubleshoot cleaning issues, perform on-site titrations, perform usage analysis, and document each.
• Manages time effectively and follows routes to complete tasks.
• Conduct cleaning efficiency and guest experience evaluations with written follow-up.
• Assist in chemical customer satisfaction through regular customer visits on route.
• Develop efficiencies in organizing daily work schedule.
• Adjust priorities according to customer needs and urgency.
• Assist Operations with delivery and route management.
• Execute emergency deliveries and chemical-related service.
• Provide technical training for customers and inside sales professionals.
• Attend workshops and participate in professional societies.
