Splash Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Attendant in Little Rock, AR. No experience is required as training is provided. You will deliver outstanding customer service, guide vehicles, and maintain clean wash areas in a fast-paced outdoor setting. The role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Applicants should be reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work weekends/holidays. A valid driver’s license is required to apply.

Qualifications

• No experience required; backgrounds in retail, hospitality, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor are a plus.
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver's license; 16 years of age minimum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Guide and prepare vehicles before entering the wash tunnel.
• Safely direct vehicles and maintain efficient workflow.
