Job summary

Splash Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Attendant for our Benton or Bryant locations in Arkansas. No experience required—training is provided. You will deliver detailing services, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced setting.

Earn $14.00–$19.00 per hour plus tips, with opportunities for commissions on memberships, benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Must be at least 16 and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• No experience required; backgrounds in retail, hospitality, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality detailing services while providing a friendly, customer-focused experience
• Vacuum, wipe down, dry, and finish wheels and tires to meet high quality standards
• Interact with customers in a professional and helpful manner
• Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain safety and efficiency
