WhiteWater Express is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to deliver excellent customer service, engage with customers, and perform daily operational tasks. You will learn all aspects of car wash operations and help maintain a clean, welcoming site.

Responsibilities include guiding vehicles, offering wash options and memberships, and ensuring a high-quality experience for guests while adhering to safety and procedural standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older due to safety regulations.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work early evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a positive, guest-focused workplace.
• Assist customers in selecting car wash options and selling memberships.
• Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel safely and professionally.
• Keep the facility clean and guest-ready.
• Perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Learn and execute opening and closing procedures.
• Notify management of deposits or cash deliveries.
