Job summary

Blue-Tide-Car-Wash in Sioux Falls, SD is hiring Crew Members to deliver an excellent customer experience at our tunnel car wash. You will help ensure a clean, dry, and shiny vehicle while working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with wash options, processing payments at the POS, and performing routine maintenance and cleanliness across the site. The role requires physical stamina and teamwork in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service or sales experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Suggest and up-sell wash products and plans; assist customers with menu options and payment.
• Observe and maintain lane and tunnel flow; perform visual inspections of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel.
• Process POS transactions accurately and safeguard cash.
• Maintain and clean all areas of the car wash; maintain outside equipment and supplies.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the car wash equipment; notify management when malfunction occurs.
• Work safely and report unsafe conditions or maintenance issues to management.
