Motor City Express Car Wash is the newest car wash in Wixom MI. We are equipped with the newest, most innovative car wash equipment in the industry! Our mission is to provide our customers with an experience that consistently satisfies everyone’s needs and exceeds their expectations in a comfortable, supportive environment.

Position Summary: The Car wash attendant will be trained on both the tunnel guide position and the greeter position. the tunnel guide will load cards onto the tunnel and inspect each vehicle, they will be trained in car wash safety and make sure every guest has a great experience. The greeter will greet each guest at the pay stations, upsell packages and have a vast knowledge of our menu.

Reporting Relationship: Reports directly to Assistant Manager and Site Manager.

Position Responsibilities: The following job responsibilities contain the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification. • Responsible for providing guests with a positive experience, having knowledge of how the wash works and what each package includes and how it will clean and protect their vehicle.
• Drives business by focusing on delivering a positive customer experience and increase sales.
• Creates a high energy, professional and customer focused site
• Greet customer in a friendly manner and put them at ease. Brief them on what to expect and where to go including the free vacuum
• Assists customers in point of sale operation if needed. Assist customers in choosing the service that best meets their needs if asked including branded upgrades, pre-paid card discounts and
• lead guests on to the tunnel and inspect each vehicle to apply any necessary retracts.
• Perform basic opening/closing duties and ensure the premises is clean throughout the shift.

• Knowledge of: Customer service industry.
• Skill in: Sales, upselling delivering a positive customer experience.
• Ability to: Affectively communicate packages to the guests.
• Special Requirements: Work in a customer focused, constantly changing, fast paced schedule.
• Physical Demand: Stand for long periods of time, climb, kneel, and use hands and legs Lift 25 pounds.
• Work Environment: Outdoors year round. Damp and humid. Routine performance of known tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $13.00 per hour
