Job Summary:

Assist Car Wash Manager in car wash operations including training, light wash maintenance, customer service, bay cleaning, and service maintenance relations.

Responsibilities

• Guiding vehicles onto the conveyor or into the wash
• Spraying (prepping) vehicles for the automatic wash
• Create loyal customers
• Provide customers with courteous, enthusiastic service
• Assist customers with wash questions and concerns
• Responsible for keeping the bay clean

Knowledge, Skills, and Other Qualifications Required

• Customer service-oriented/excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication with customers, management, and maintenance personnel
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods (up to 10 hours per day)
• Reach comfortably over your head frequently
• Lift, carry, pull, or push up to 60 pounds
• Bend, kneel, squat, or stand
• Work in heated and/or cold environments
• Climb extension ladders

Education/Training Required

• High School diploma or equivalent
