Job Summary

Assist the Car Wash Manager in operations including training, light maintenance, customer service, bay cleaning, and service relations.

Responsibilities

1. Guide vehicles onto the conveyor or into the wash.
2. Prepping vehicles for the automatic wash.
3. Create loyal customers through excellent service.
4. Provide courteous and enthusiastic customer service.
5. Assist customers with questions or concerns about the wash.
6. Keep the bay clean and organized.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods (up to 10 hours).
• Ability to reach overhead comfortably.
• Ability to lift, carry, pull, or push up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, or stand as needed.
• Work in heated or cold environments.
• Climb extension ladders.

Education/Training

• High School diploma or equivalent.
