Job summary

Circle K in Eagan, MN is seeking a part-time Car Wash Assistant to support the Car Wash Manager with daily operations, customer service, light wash maintenance, bay cleaning and service maintenance relations.

Shift availability is Days and Evenings. A High School diploma or equivalent is required; candidates should be prepared to stand long hours, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented with excellent service skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, management and maintenance staff.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods (up to 10 hours per day).

Responsibilities

• Guide vehicles onto the conveyor or into the wash.
• Spray/prep vehicles for the automatic wash.
• Create loyal customers through friendly service.
• Provide courteous, enthusiastic service to customers.
• Answer wash questions and concerns from customers.
• Keep the wash bay clean.

JOB SUMMARY

Assist Car Wash Manager in car wash operations including training, light wash maintenance, customer service, bay cleaning and service maintenance relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guiding vehicles onto the conveyor or into the wash
• Spraying (prepping) vehicles for the automatic wash
• Create loyal customers
• Provide customers with courteous, enthusiastic service
• Assist customers with wash questions, and or concerns
• Responsible for keeping the bay clean

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Customer service-oriented/excellent customer service skills
• Communicate effectively with customers, management associates, and maintenance personnel
• Ability to walk and stand on feet for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)

• Reach over your head frequently and comfortably
• Lift, carry, pull, or push up to 60 pounds
• Bend, kneel, squat or stand
• Work in a heated and/or cold environment
• Climb an extension ladder
