Job Type

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and explain the wash options available.
• Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash.
• Field customer inquiries.
• Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Uphold the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.

Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages

• 70% Customer Interaction
• 20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)
• 5% Opening/Closing Procedures
• 5% Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties

Job Requirements

Working Environment

This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud; hearing protection and other PPE may be required. Adherence to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols is required, including use of PPE such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.

Supervision

The team member must be capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
