Job summary

Circle K Blaine store is seeking a Part-time Car Wash Attendant to assist the Car Wash Manager with daily operations, light maintenance, and customer service. You will guide vehicles onto the conveyor, prep vehicles for the wash, and help keep bays clean while delivering friendly service.

Ideal candidates can stand for long periods (up to 10 hours), lift up to 60 pounds, and work in varying temperatures. A High School diploma or equivalent is required; tuition reimbursement is available.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers, management and maintenance staff.
• Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours) and reach overhead frequently.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, or pushing up to 60 pounds.
• Willing to work in heated or cold environments.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat or stand and climb an extension ladder.

JOB SUMMARY

Assist Car Wash Manager in car wash operations including training, light wash maintenance, customer service, bay cleaning and service maintenance relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guiding vehicles onto the conveyor or into the wash
• Spraying (prepping) vehicles for the automatic wash
• Create loyal customers
• Provide customers with courteous, enthusiastic service
• Assist customers with wash questions, and or concerns
• Responsible for keeping the bay clean

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Customer service-oriented/excellent customer service skills
• Communicate effectively with customers, management associates, and maintenance personnel
• Ability to walk and stand on feet for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)
• Reach over your head frequently and comfortably
• Lift, carry, pull, or push up to 60 pounds
• Bend, kneel, squat or stand
• Work in a heated and/or cold environment
• Climb an extension ladder

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED
