Position Overview: Hometown Wash Group is seeking a diligent and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a wash attendant/towel dryer in Canton and Northville. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a friendly demeanor, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Towel dry cars as they exit the tunnel.
• Operate car wash equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
• Assist customers with additional services such as vacuuming and interior cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and timely manner.
• Uphold company standards for quality and customer service at all times.
