Circle K is hiring for a Full-time Car Wash Attendant at Store 2743295, 33501 Just Imagine Drive, Avon, OH 44011. You will greet customers, explain wash options, and ensure satisfaction while maintaining the site and assisting with equipment maintenance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sales, safety, and reliability, with weekend availability and adherence to DRB protocols in a busy outdoor car wash environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and report inquiries or incidents promptly.
• Troubleshoot basic DRB issues as described in training.
• 60% Customer Interaction; 30% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining); 5% Opening/Closing Procedures; 5% Basic Troubleshooting
• The Level 1 Supervisor provides direction with minimal supervision; follow DRB protocol and safety procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements: Customer Satisfaction: Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner. Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are reported in a timely manner. Satisfactorily able to complete all Car wash Attendant job duties. Understands how to troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues. Follows “DRB Protocol”. Read “Supervisor Level DRB” training course. Attend Preventative Maintenance Training and complete 5 Day Preventative Maintenance Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code. Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

In performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday; use of hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stop, crouch and kneel. The employee must be able to work in damp and humid conditions. The employee must be able to work in outdoor variable weather conditions. The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.

EXPERIENCE:

Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others. This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE). This person must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols which means this person will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

The Level 1 Supervisor must be able to work with minimum direction and periodic supervision.
