Qualifications

• 3 months as a Guest Service Associate with Turkey Hill or previous car wash experience.
• 6–12 months in car wash, retail, guest service, or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the car wash.
• Ensure all equipment is kept operational and resolve issues as needed.
• Greet all guests in a friendly manner.
• Handle customer complaints and daily operational problems.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-trained to help in the retail store.
