Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience as a Guest Service Associate or similar.
• Preferred 6-12 months in car wash, retail, guest service, or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the car wash facility and equipment.
• Greet guests and assist with the car wash process.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
• Cross-train in retail store functions.
