El Car Wash in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Car Wash Associate (Part Time) to set the tone from the moment a customer arrives, welcome guests, and guide their experience. You will help keep the lot clean, safe, and organized while ensuring every car leaves with shine.

You\'ll inspect vehicles against quality standards, spot hazards, and work with Tunnel Operators and leaders to run the site smoothly. This role requires reliability, physical stamina, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude;

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality for every shift.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Clear communication and welcoming demeanor with customers.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Customer service or outdoor work experience is a plus.
