El Car Wash in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a Car Wash Associate to set the tone from the moment a customer pulls in, delivering energy, attention to detail, and a welcoming experience.

You’ll keep the lot clean and safe, inspect vehicles to our quality standards, and work with tunnel operators and leaders to keep the site running smoothly while you grow with on-the-job training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality for every shift.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfort with performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Clear, warm communication with customers and team.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.
• Able to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
• Customer service or outdoor work experience is a plus.
