Qualifications

• Reliable attendance—you show up on time, ready to go for every shift.
• Physically able to work outdoors in all weather and on your feet for full shifts.

• Available for weekends and holidays.

• Customer service or outdoor work experience is a plus—we'll train the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set the vibe from the start - Welcome every customer with confidence and positive energy. Answer questions, guide their experience, and make them feel taken care of from the first interaction.
• Obsess over the details - A clean, organized lot is non-negotiable. Keep the space sharp, safe, and ready — because how it looks is how we're remembered.
• Deliver on the shine standard - Inspect vehicles with intention and pride. Every car leaves meeting our quality standards — no exceptions.
• Solve it before it becomes a problem - Spot hazards, identify what needs doing, and handle it without waiting to be asked. Proactive judgment is what separates good from great.
• Win as a team - Communicate, support, and step in alongside Tunnel Operators and leaders to keep everything running strong.
• Stay ready, stay stocked - Own your space — keep towels stocked, supplies ready, and the site running smoothly behind the scenes.
