El Car Wash in Melbourne, FL is hiring a Car Wash Associate to set the tone for guest experiences and maintain a high Shine standard. You will work with the team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure a clean lot, and uphold safety and quality on every vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be on time and reliable for every shift.
• Physically able to work outdoors in all weather and stand for full shifts.
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks with consistent quality.
• Clear, friendly communicator who welcomes customers.
• Must be available on weekends and holidays.
• Able to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
• Customer service or outdoor work experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and positive energy, guide their experience from first interaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized lot that is safe and presentable at all times.
• Inspect vehicles and ensure they leave in accordance with quality standards.
• Identify hazards or tasks and address them proactively.
• Collaborate with Tunnel Operators and leaders to keep operations running smoothly.
• Keep towels and supplies stocked and ensure the site runs behind the scenes.

• Set the vibe from the start - Welcome every customer with confidence and positive energy. Answer questions, guide their experience, and make them feel taken care of from the first interaction.
• Obsess over the details - A clean, organized lot is non-negotiable. Keep the space sharp, safe, and ready — because how it looks is how we're remembered.
• Deliver on the shine standard - Inspect vehicles with intention and pride. Every car leaves meeting our quality standards — no exceptions.
• Solve it before it becomes a problem - Spot hazards, identify what needs doing, and handle it without waiting to be asked. Proactive judgment is what separates good from great.
• Win as a team - Communicate, support, and step in alongside Tunnel Operators and leaders to keep everything running strong.
• Stay ready, stay stocked - Own your space — keep towels stocked, supplies ready, and the site running smoothly behind the scenes.
