El Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Associate to deliver a welcoming, high-energy customer experience. You will help guide customers, maintain a clean and safe site, and ensure every car meets our shine standards. The role emphasizes teamwork with Tunnel Operators and site leadership.

Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather. Weekend and holiday availability is expected, with on-the-job training provided.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Physically able to work outdoors and stand for long shifts.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Clear, friendly communication to greet and help customers.
• Availability on weekends and holidays is needed.

• Previous customer service or outdoor work is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the shine standard - Inspect vehicles with intention and pride. Every car leaves meeting our quality standards — no exceptions.
• Solve it before it becomes a problem - Spot hazards, identify what needs doing, and handle it without waiting to be asked. Proactive judgment is what separates good from great.
• Win as a team - Communicate, support, and step in alongside Tunnel Operators and leaders to keep everything running strong.
• Stay ready, stay stocked - Own your space — keep towels stocked, supplies ready, and the site running smoothly behind the scenes.
