El Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Associate in Naples, FL. You will be the first point of contact, greeting customers and guiding their experience while keeping the lot clean and safe. You’ll inspect vehicles, spot hazards, and coordinate with tunnel operators to maintain high standards of shine and service.

We value reliability, energy, and teamwork. This role involves outdoor work, weekend shifts, and a hands-on approach to customer care. Training will be provided to support career growth.
