Job summary

Mr. Magic Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Associate in the Pittsburgh area for part-time or full-time work. You will help customers select wash packages, promote the Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and guide them from greeting to exit.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail or customer service, strong communication, multitasking ability, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Competitive wages with uncapped commissions and benefits accompany PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or current enrollment required.
• 1–2 years in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay professional in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Educate customers on wash packages and recommend best fit.
• Guide customers through the wash process from greeting to exit.
• Provide excellent service before, during, and after the wash.
• Process transactions at the point of sale accurately.
• Safely load vehicles onto the conveyor and support tunnel operations.
• Maintain site cleanliness and a welcoming environment.
• Follow safety protocols to protect customers and teammates.
• Work with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude per company values.
