Job summary

Circle K is seeking a capable Site Manager at our San Antonio, FL location to oversee daily operations when the Site Manager is unavailable and lead a fast-paced retail team in a car wash environment. Responsibilities include ordering and stocking vending, training new hires, managing opening/closing checklists, scheduling, and maintaining strong customer service.

Candidates should have 3+ years of retail experience with supervisory exposure; strong leadership, communication, and computer skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail/management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Order and stock vending products.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching.
• Manage opening/closing checklists and loading techniques.
• Schedule staff effectively and respond to communications.
• Ensure professional customer service and safety standards.
• Supervise PM activities and assess training needs.
• Prepare the GSR Daily Breakdown.
