Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist GM in managing site operations, production, labor, and profitability.
• Train, coach, and certify team on safety and procedures.
• Open and close the site, including security and cash handling if applicable.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and administrative duties.
• Drive sales, memberships, and loyalty programs to grow business.
• Maintain site cleanliness and safe operation of tunnel, lobby, restrooms.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and cover in congested areas.
• Respond quickly to equipment or mechanical issues.
