Job summary

Mr. Clean Car Wash in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Car Wash Assistant Manager – Express to support the General Manager in daily operations and guest service excellence.

You will lead by example, train staff on safety and processes, drive sales and loyalty programs, and ensure the site remains clean, safe, and efficient. You will help manage labor, inventory, and site presentation while promoting brand standards and outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating day-to-day site operations and safety.
• Background in training staff on processes and quality standards.
• Experience supporting sales and loyalty program growth.
• Ability to manage labor, supplies, and site presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist the GM in managing site operations, production, labor, and profitability.
• Train, coach, and certify team members on processes, safety, and procedures.
• Open and close the site, complete security and operational tasks.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and administrative duties.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities (tunnel, lot, lobby, restrooms).
• Respond quickly to equipment or mechanical issues.
• Manage inventory of chemicals and supplies; place orders as needed.
• Drive sales, memberships, and loyalty programs to grow business.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and support coverage in busy areas.
