Johnson & Johnson is seeking a CAR-T Manufacturing Supervisor in Raritan, NJ, for 1st shift (Sun-Wed, or Sun-Thu bi-weekly) from 6am-6pm. You will supervise aProcessing Manufacturing Unit, lead daily Tier meetings, and ensure production tasks meet safety, quality and cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading operations or manufacturing in a cGMP setting.
• Experience in aseptic manufacturing and clean rooms.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead a Processing Manufacturing Unit within CART operations.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and assign production tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality systems, and cGMP.
• Support investigations and update procedures and records.
• Develop production personnel with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality.
