The role requires a HS Diploma with 6 years biotech/pharma experience or a Bachelor’s in Life Sciences/Engineering with 2 years of industry experience; you will drive improvements and ensure regulatory compliance within a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma with 6 years biotech/pharma experience or equivalent industry experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering with 2 years Biotech/Pharmaceutical experience or equivalent industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be part of manufacturing operations team for MOI and QCCB CAR-T production in a CGMP cleanroom.
• Lead and independently execute MOI & QCCB CAR-T manufacturing and related processes.
• Perform aseptic processing, cell culturing, purification, and cryopreservation.
• Document data per GDP and SOPs; ensure tasks align with cGMP requirements.
• Collaborate in cross‑functional teams to meet production schedules.
