Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Cryopreservation Manufacturing Operator, CAR-T, to join the Innovative Medicine manufacturing team in New Jersey. You will perform manufacturing procedures and scheduled tasks in a CGMP environment, ensuring quality and compliance with company policies and regulations.

The role requires ability to work in a team, handle cell culture, aseptic processing, and documentation, with PPE, safety, and continuous improvement as core expectations.

Qualifications

• Education and experience as stated: HS diploma plus biotech/pharma experience or a BA/BS and related experience.
• Familiarity with GMP/cGMP concepts and documentation practices.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and follow SOPs precisely.

Responsibilities

• Cryopreservation or manufacturing tasks in a CGMP cleanroom.
• Execute processes according to SOPs and batch records.
• Record production data clearly following GDP guidelines.
• Support shift schedule and cross-functional teamwork.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
• Handle human-derived materials in containment.
• Maintain PPE and safe work environment.
